-Manage the design and construction of the facility project.
-Single point accountability for scope, cost schedule and quality
-Deliver project to meet business objects
-Manage day to day execution of project – GC and vendors
-Ensure Steering or Delivery Team are involved from beginning
-Lead Project Team: General Contractor, Real Estate, Architectural Firm & Engineering Firm and Infrastructure (IT)
-Lead the Project Team with “Best Value” options for increased Capital effectiveness for client’s objectives
-Define scope of work for structural, architectural, building mechanical and electrical disciplines
-Ensure project follows City and State requirements
-Establish positive relationship with Landlord/Owner with open communication
-Manage the change control process
-Lead and develop employee orientation for new facility
-Ensure facility is aligned with customer functional and design criteria
